1. EDI interface­

Our IT department uses an electronic data interface (EDI) to link your ERP software and other systems to our transport systems and warehousing logistics systems to accelerate error-free digital data flows. This ensures that all transport-related data such as sender and recipient, type of goods, number of items, packaging, gross weight, dimensions and all the information required for warehouse logistics such as item master data, production order, parts list, customer order, status bookings and returns handling match your ERP data. Even today, over 80% of information passing between our business partners and us is digital. Quickly and effectively integrating control and peripheral systems in our world is part of our everyday business.

We are able to connect clients and their peripheral systems very quickly and efficiently and thus establish system-level collaboration.

2. Connection­ via shipping­ software

If you are already using shipping software, setting up automatic data exchange will be easy for you. A large number of shipping providers already have a direct EDI connection for all Planzer transport services, thereby guaranteeing an up-to-date and compliant shipping label – regardless of whether you deliver to private or business customers, send packages via parcel shops or ship hazardous goods.

3. Plugin for parcel­ delivery

If you run an online store, we offer a plugin solution for the most common shops. It’s as straightforward as it sounds: you install the plugin in your e-commerce solution and you can then start sending your online store parcels weighing up to 30 kg via our Planzer Parcel delivery service.

Snap & Ship – easy shipping with a QR code

Sending parcels is quick and easy with Snap & Ship. We send you pre-printed labels with a QR code. Scan the code with your smartphone to go directly to the web-based Planzer app. Scan the label again to activate it, then link it to the recipient’s address by scanning the delivery note. You can select additional services if you wish – and hey presto, your parcel is ready for shipping!

Manual or semi-automated shipment entry

If you do not want an interface, you can enter your shipments manually in our customer portal. Alternatively, you can use our import features, e.g. to import CSV files and thus simplify data entry.

Track & Trace
Transport

Track your general cargoovernightHome Services and parcel shipments in (almost) real time. We put an electronic tag on each shipping unit the moment we receive the goods, so you always know exactly where your shipment is. As soon as we have delivered it, the delivery confirmation will be available to you as a PDF no later than three minutes after the recipient has signed it. You can also adjust the automatic notifications to suit your customers’ requirements. 

TransNet
Transport

Manage your transport orders quickly and securely for general cargo and Home Services. You can enter the orders directly in our system or change key data such as recipient instructions, delivery time or type of goods. All data from current orders is continuously retained so you can view it at any time. You do not need your own software for this.

Parcel order placement
Parcels

For your next order, conveniently enter different-sized parcels weighing up to 30 kg online and, if required, without even logging in to this app. Additional options enable you to arrange the delivery to suit the addressee’s precise needs.

Planzer Parcel Service & Plugin – online shop plugin
Parcels

‘Planzer Parcel Service & Plugin’ is as straightforward as it sounds: you install the plugin in your WooCommerce (WordPress), Shopify or PepperShop e-commerce solution. You can now send your online store parcels weighing up to 30 kg via our parcel service. We collect your parcels every weekday by appointment. By the way, we primarily store, pick, pack and transport goods within Switzerland. And 60% travel by eco-friendly rail.

QualiNet
Administration

And the night is yours! Enter and manage your orders that we deliver for you at night. Delivering your parcels throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is simple – after you have ordered your shipment, we load up at the desired location from 5 pm onwards and deliver by 7 am at the latest.

LogNet
Warehouse logistics

This is our web-based warehouse logistics tool for business and private customers. It’s where you can enter notifications of good received and picking orders, manage your item master data, view your inventory, manage blocking statuses, and view and export delivery notes. We electronically archive all documents relating to your stored goods.

Remote printing
Support apps

If you are able to send us order data via automatic data exchange but don’t have a tool for creating an up-to-date and compliant shipping label, you can use this app to generate goods labels for shipments from your individual interface, via our customer portal, directly to your printer – without any additional need for programming.

Address management
Support apps

This app allows you to keep track of your shipping addresses. Addresses that have already been entered can be retrieved again or maintained with a simple address import. No one but you has access to the addresses, so you retain control over the data at all times. There’s nothing standing in the way of getting manual order entry done quickly.
