Our location in Härkingen employs a workforce of 360 and trains the skilled workers of tomorrow. Härkingen is one of the 62 Swiss locations of our family-run business that support the next generation in developing their careers. We attach great importance to training young talent to ensure that we always have well-trained specialists in our ranks. Our apprentices benefit from internal training and targeted support programmes that facilitate their entry into the world of work. Currently, 31 dedicated practical instructors currently supervise 29 apprentices in Härkingen in the areas of logistics, road transport, commercial professions and plant maintenance. We are particularly proud that around 82 per cent of apprentices stay with the company in Härkingen after completing their training.
