The high standard of quality is mainly what has allowed us to achieve these large market shares. This is based on carefully selecting imported coffees, especially Arabica, from the best producers in the world. All our processing steps – from selecting the raw coffee beans and performing the classic, slow Italian roasting phases to final packaging – are undertaken in a modern roasting facility.
