Warehouse logistics

We offer a range of warehouse logistics services for your food products. What they all have in common is conformity with your specifications, legal requirements such as HACCP and safety by Planzer.

Goods receipt/goods issue

We ensure uncompromising incoming and outgoing goods inspections according to your inspection criteria as a manufacturer or retailer. This includes inspection of the vehicles and products as well as the entry of their data.

Storage

Order picking

We pick your goods in line with the recipient’s requirements. In other words, in a way that they can be used directly at the POS. Whenever necessary, we procure the corresponding consumables such as for displays or toppers.

Packing

We repack your (sales) packaging or apply the desired labels. In short: we pack them.

Preparing for dispatch

As soon as we have received the shipping order, we put your foodstuffs in the appropriate shipping form for onward transport.

HACCP

Anyone who deals with food logistics on a daily basis like we do will be quite familiar with hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP). Our warehouses are designed according to HACCP guidelines. For each new customer, we carry out a risk analysis in accordance with the HACCP and conduct an HACCP inspection twice a year. HACCP and GDP-relevant systems such as temperature monitoring and pest control are also checked at regular intervals and calibrated if necessary.

Value-added services

Value-added services require even more skill. And you can expect exactly that from us. Our value-added services include repackaging tasks, labelling, re-labelling, small batch formation and data logger handling, from the configuration and removal to reading out the logger data.

Distribution

Displays and other shipments are usually linked to a delivery date. As soon as they are ready for dispatch, we deliver parts directly to the retail stores in general cargo. Small packages are sent out with the specialists of our parcel service.
